If you email us
We use your name, email address and whatever you choose to tell us only to reply to you and to follow up on the conversation you started. We do not sell it or use it for marketing lists. We keep it for as long as the conversation is active and delete it on request.
Website hosting
The site is hosted by Netlify, which may record standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and secure the service.
Patient data
Please do not send patient images or patient information by email. Any data partnership is set up under a written agreement first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@scanvero.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
